The Tradeswomen Leadership Institute was created to:

  • provide tradeswomen further advocacy and leadership skills, and to foster solidarity and support.
  • build the leadership skills of tradeswomen and aspiring tradeswomen,
  • inspire and train tradeswomen to tell their story through letter-writing campaigns, public appeals, and relational meeting to organize effectively,
  • continue to strengthen efforts in providing living-wage jobs for a diverse workforce,
  • harness the energy and stories of tradeswomen to help convince public agencies to strengthen workforce diversity efforts.

Several Sisters are trying to connect to share rides down and back up and motel rooms….
